Who the employer is

CloserHire is partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a new telecommunications project in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This role combines customer support and sales, with approximately 90% phone-based support and 10% email communication. You’ll assist German-speaking customers with their telecommunications services while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions.

The work

The role centres on support, german-speaking customers primarily via phone, with some email communication, handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services, understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products, and resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets.

Pay

1200-1400€

Bulgaria applies a flat 10% income tax, and living costs in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna run well below Western European levels — the take-home goes considerably further than the headline suggests.
