The job itself
No test submission, client will manage when meeting with candidate. This is a full-time remote Interpreter position (work-from-home from Portugal) supporting a major Outsourcing/BPO partner, where the primary task is to interpret spoken communication accurately between Ukrainian and English during live interactions and calls. The role involves conveying meaning precisely—including tone and nuance—across technical customer service contexts such as insurance, legal, and medical (general and forensic) sectors. Working schedule: Shifts
Day to day that means no test submission, client will manage when meeting with candidate. What you need to bring
- Education in languages/translation/interpretation or related fields is an advantage
- Reliable, autonomous, disciplined, and able to remain neutral and objective during calls
- Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills for accurate interpretation
- Native level of Ukrainian and fluent English (B2+, oral and written)
