An on-site Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting the e-commerce support project project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad. The client prefers candidates who have never worked for them before, so please do not submit any candidates who have previously worked for a global social media platform, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country.

Your Profile

• Native/Fluent Flemish and good English (B2+)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
