Day to day that means operations, supervisor role with a leading international online community and advertising company focused on leading a German-speaking sales team, driving advertising sales performance and developing sales strategies. The project supports a leading international technology and social media company with its digital advertising business, focusing on sales performance, customer engagement and operational excellence across international markets. Model: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home), location: Lisbon, Portugal - Employment Type: Full-time Working, hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Languages: German C1+ + English, salary: €1,684 gross/month without apartment / €1,270 gross/month with apartment (14 salaries a year) + bonus up to €2,000, in short: ■ German + Ads, and sales + Team.

What you need

• Approximately what is the size of the team they will manage? > An Operations Supervisor typically manages a group of 15 agents, while an Assistant Manager (ACM) manages around 50 agents
• Team management experience (15-30 FTE) (ideally BPO)
• Ads sales experience
• Previous sales experience
• German C1+ English fluency
