our client CSG = Customer Service – Guest. These teams handle guest-facing support (booking issues, cancellations, questions, problem resolution) via phone, email, and chat. It’s high-volume guest support, not hotel/partner support.our client is a global customer-experience outsourcing company providing contact-centre, tech-support, sales, and digital CX services for major brands worldwide. They run large multilingual service operations across 20+ countries. Workking schedule: Mon–Sun, 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight), shift rotation. Training period

What you need to bring

• Stabile internet connection (not wireless!)
• Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required)
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
• Excellent communication skills and positive, service-oriented attitude
• Customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar)
• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
