A German-speaking Customer Advisor for an international bank project with the employer, supporting customers via phone and internal systems while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: Mon–Sun, rotational shifts between 09:00–23:00

Your Profile

• Native/fluent German, with good command in English
• Proven customer support or client-facing experience with strong call handling skills
• Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using multiple systems with strong multitasking and time management skills.
