CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a premium automotive project based in Braga, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international customer support team assisting customers through multiple communication channels. You’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently while building strong customer relationships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Role

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally
• Update CRM systems with relevant customer information and case details
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering an outstanding service experience
• Promote customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to ensure operational excellence
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest service improvements
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
• Good computer literacy and experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within an international team
