This is a hybrid customer service position based in Braga, Portugal, with a leading Outsourcing/BPO partner. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and professional support. The representative helps resolve issues, fosters positive relationships, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction and team objectives. Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 05:30PM (Rotational shifts) Please note that for Braga positions, candidates must have C2/Native-level French with no accent. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with their application. Candidates located outside this area, or those requiring relocation, will not be considered, as no relocation package is offered for the Braga positions. Your Profile

• ⦁ Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• ⦁ Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
• ⦁ Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
• ⦁ Strong communicator who can multitask, learn systems quickly, and work collaboratively in a BPO environment.
• Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal, as relocation is not offered for these remote positions.
