A typical day

You'll spend most of it on the Estonian-speaking Short Video Content, moderator will review user-generated videos, images, text and audio to ensure they comply with platform and community standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally while applying frequently changing policies accurately. Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluent Estonian (Native/near-native), fluent English (B2+), excellent attention to detail, ability to follow and accurately apply detailed platform guidelines, ability to work independently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks, and ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally.
