Customer Service Representative (Czech/Slovak) – Athens, Greece (Modern Office)
Job Description:
A working week in Athens, Greece, in Czech. 1300 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross).
A typical day
You'll spend most of it on our client CSG = Customer, and service – Guest. These teams handle guest-facing support (booking issues, cancellations, questions, problem resolution) via phone, email, and chat. It’s high-volume guest support, not hotel/partner support.our client is a global customer-experience outsourcing company providing contact-centre, tech-support, sales, and digital CX services for major brands worldwide. They run large multilingual service operations across 20+ countries. Working schedule: Mon-Sun, 9 AM - 7 PM IMPORTANT: relocators who use company's relocation package are now also able to WFH after initial training period & upon securing stabile internet connection at their own place of residence! Training period - 3 weeks.
Would you fit?
We're looking for someone with native or fluent Czech/Slovak (C1/C2) and good English (B2+), customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar), excellent communication skills and positive, service-oriented attitude, good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly, and willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required).
The money
1300 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross)
Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
