A typical day

You'll spend most of it on support customers via phone, email, and chat, provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for products and services, help customers with orders, returns, cancellations, and delivery-related issues, resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience, follow structured support processes and internal guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Less often, you'll also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution, and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluent, french (C1/C2) with good, english skills (B2), strong communication and customer service skills, interest in technology and consumer electronics, good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems, and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
