CloserHire is partnering with a leading global technology company to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Specialist for the French Market. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while supporting the company’s payment operations.

Your Role

• : Provide key support for
• Sales
• Order
• Management, and
• Finance teams regarding payment-related issues
• Interact with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments, refunds, and other transactions (credit/debit cards, wire transfers, loans, leases)
• Handle customer queries related to payments, refunds, VAT changes, invoice amendments, and reconciliation
• Manage low-incidence outbound calls and primarily work in back-office operations
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all payment processes
• Address escalated issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries

Your Profile

• : Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to work in an information-sensitive and constantly changing environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel is an advantage
• Flexibility in working hours due to the nature of the payment volume
