The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a premium cosmetics brand to recruit Sales Consultants for its team in Paris, France. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, energetic people who want to build a career in luxury retail and sales. You’ll represent premium beauty products, engage directly with customers, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. Day to day that means represent and sell a range of premium luxury cosmetics, approach and engage customers confidently, creating an exciting shopping experience, understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products, demonstrate products and communicate their benefits effectively, build strong customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities, work towards individual and team sales targets, and maintain excellent brand presentation and customer service standards.

What you need to bring

• French work permit is required
• Available to work full-time in Paris EU citizenship or a valid
• Previous sales, retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not required
• Comfortable working in a competitive, target-driven environment
• Sales-driven attitude or a genuine motivation to develop your sales skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Energetic, positive, confident, and highly motivated

Moving there

To get you on the ground: paid flight to Paris and accommodation at a subsidized daily rate Notes: 5 Rue des Francs Bourgeois, 75004, paris, France three apartments rented in Paris. They are all located around 30–40 minutes away from the shops. The rooms are shared, usually with one other person, so there are two people per room. €17 per day, which is deducted directly from the commission. There are no additional utility costs — water, internet, electricity, etc. are all included. Regarding the accommodation conditions for self-employed workers, the first month’s rent is free, and contract progression: Candidates start with a 3-month fixed-term contract. After review, the contract may be extended, converted into a permanent contract with a salary increase, or, for top performers, moved to an independent commission-based role.
