CloserHire is partnering with a global digital media and customer experience leader to recruit a Spanish-speaking Content Moderator.In this role, you will review and approve digital advertising content to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. Your Role

• Review and moderate advertiser content (text, images, video, audio) before it goes live
• Approve, reject, or label campaigns based on internal policy and safety guidelines
• Identify and take action on policy violations using specialized tools
• Respond to internal inquiries via email and ticketing systems
• Work with internal data and create accurate moderation reports
• Collaborate with your team while independently managing your own task queue
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working with sensitive or time-critical content

Your Profile

• Native/C2 level Spanish. B2–C1 English for internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service, content review, or operations is an advantage
• Awareness and understanding of cultural, political, and social context (Spanish/DACH)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, objective decisions
• Good time management and task prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a global technology brand
• Drive tools
• Experience with a leading CRM platform or live chat platforms is a plus
• Social media savvy with good awareness of pop culture and digital trends
• Only local applicants in Bulgaria will be considered
