The job itself

An Advertisers Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Facebook CD project, focused on assisting Ukrainian-speaking advertisers with account and platform-related inquiries within a fast-paced international support environment. Rotational Monday–Sunday shifts between 07:00–00:00 with relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Day to day that means advertisers, support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Facebook CD project, focused on assisting, ukrainian-speaking advertisers with account and platform-related inquiries within a fast-paced international support environment. What you need to bring

• Availability to relocate to Lisbon (Portugal)
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 06:00–00:00)
• Customer support / client-facing experience (BPO or similar preferred)
• Fluency in Ukrainian (C1+) and good English (B2+)
