What we're looking for

• Native/Fluent Italian (C2)
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies
• Eligible to work remotely within the Lisbon area (50km)
• Given the short timeline, candidates must already be residing in Portugal and must live within 50 km of the our client Lisbon office

€1000 EUR + 100 performance bonus + 7.63/day meal allowance (gross)
