About the role

German-speaking Customer Advisor for the JPMC project with our client, supporting B2C customers via phone, chat, and email while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: Mon–Sat, rotational shifts between 09:00–21:00 In short: ■ Customer support + problem-solving + multi-channel communication within a fast-paced customer experience environment.

What we're looking for

  • Native/fluent German, with good command in English
  • Proven customer service or contact center experience handling calls, chats, and emails
  • Strong active listening, written communication, and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple tools in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Salary

1,400 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross)

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
