📍 This job is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation is required — permanent accommodation is provided.

Salary & package

• €1,306.66 gross per month if you arrange your own housing
• €1,050 gross per month with accommodation provided
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses

What you'll do

• Support small and medium-sized businesses using social media advertising products
• Help clients by live chat, email and outbound calls
• Troubleshoot issues and help advertisers get better results
• Spot trends across clients and help solve shared problems

What you need

• French at C2 level and English at B2
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and midnight
• Customer service experience is a plus, not required
