Job Description:

A working week in Greece (remote), in Dutch. 1500€ x 14.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on provide customer support to accommodation partners via phone and other communication channels, assist with booking-related inquiries, room modifications, availability, pricing, and account management, support partners with platform navigation and internal tools, deliver accurate information while resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, build strong relationships with accommodation partners through excellent customer service, and maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.

Less often, you'll also meet quality and customer satisfaction targets while delivering an exceptional support experience, and continuously develop your product knowledge to provide expert assistance.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native-level fluency in Dutch, good command of English (B2 level or above), excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset, good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and currently based in Greece or willing to relocate.

The money

1500€ x 14

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
