Your Tasks, answer customer’s calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to their services or other difficulties, solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible, once the customer is satisfied with your solution, your goal is to cross or up-sell additional services or products, and earn incredible sales commissions based on your performance.

What you need to bring

• Able to work in a team-player environment
• Stress-resistant and target-oriented
• Previous CS or Sales experience in an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1)
• Willingness to relocate to Plovdiv, or based there already
