About the role

An on-site Customer Support role with our client in Lisbon supporting the Bytedance GEC CS project, focused on assisting users via inbound/outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment. 6-month contract with rotational Monday–Sunday shifts and relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad. What you'll do

What we're looking for

• Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

Salary

1,000 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
