A Customer Service role with the employer in Braga supporting a premium automotive brand project, focused on assisting Danish-speaking customers with support-related inquiries within an international automotive customer service environment. Model: Fully Remote Working Schedule: Monday–Friday between 07:00–19:00 (rotational shifts) | Weekends off

Your Profile

• Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2+)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
