DKR is hiring a German-speaking Customer Advisor to support B2C customers of Xiaomi, one of the world’s leading consumer electronics brands. This is a multichannel customer support role (phone, chat, email), focused on delivering high-quality service, resolving queries, and building strong customer relationships. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09 AM - 09 PM Ideal profile: Native/fluent German with good English, and proven experience in customer service or contact centres. Strong communicator, adaptable

Day to day that means DKR is hiring a German-speaking Customer, advisor to support B2C customers of Xiaomi, one of the world’s leading consumer electronics brands. What you need
