The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a fast-growing international technology company within the sports betting and iGaming industry to recruit a Delivery Program Manager for their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a key role responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology programs and product initiatives across multiple teams. You will connect Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, dependencies

Day to day that means lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and strategic initiatives, manage multiple projects and workstreams across, product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations, define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment around priorities and expected outcomes, identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges, and maintain clear visibility of program progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

What you need to bring

• DevOps, or similar
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure
• Experience managing complex project dependencies, risks, resources, and timelines
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Engineering, Product, QA, and Operations teams
• Experience coordinating multiple
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
