Your Role

• Customer support to Italian speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
• Aid our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services
• Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

Your Profile

• Excellent Italian (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills
• Previous

• Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)
• Excellent language skills in the job language, and comfortable speaking and writing in English

Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
