About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a world-leading online travel platform based in Greece. If you’re passionate about travel and customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to join an international team supporting accommodation partners across Europe. You’ll assist with booking-related inquiries, account management, and platform support while helping deliver an outstanding partner experience. Candidates already living in Greece

What you'll do

• Provide customer support to accommodation partners via phone and other communication channels
• Assist with booking-related inquiries, room modifications, availability, pricing, and account management
• Support partners with platform navigation and internal tools
• Deliver accurate information while resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Build strong relationships with accommodation partners through excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets while delivering an exceptional support experience
• Continuously develop your product knowledge to provide expert assistance

What we're looking for

• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• Good command of English (B2 level or above)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Currently based in Greece or willing to relocate

Salary

1500€ x 14

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.

Relocation support

• Relocation support includes **€300 travel reimbursement and 21 days of accommodation

• Service – Guest. These teams handle guest-facing support (booking issues, cancellations, questions, problem resolution) via phone, email, and chat. It’s high-volume guest support, not hotel/partner support.our client is a global customer-experience outsourcing company providing contact-centre, tech-support, sales, and digital CX services for major brands worldwide. They run large multilingual service operations across 20+ countries. Workking schedule: Mon–Sun, 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight), shift rotation. IMPORTANT: relocators who use company's relocaiton package are now also able to WFH after initial training period & upon securing stabile internet connection at their own place of residence! Training period - 3 weeks. our client
