An Advertisers Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting a global social media platform project, focused on assisting Ukrainian-speaking advertisers with account and platform-related inquiries within a fast-paced international support environment. Rotational Monday–Sunday shifts between 07:00–00:00 with relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your Profile

• Fluency in Ukrainian (C1+) and good English (B2+)
• Customer support / client-facing experience (BPO or similar preferred)
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 06:00–00:00)
• Availability to relocate to Lisbon (Portugal)
