CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Travel Advisors for an international business travel project based in Porto, Portugal. You will assist customers with their travel arrangements while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and professional experience through an innovative corporate travel platform.

Your Role

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English
• Assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements
• Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
• Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in Italian English proficiency at C1 level
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
• High
• School
• Diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and multiple digital tools
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
