The job itself

Looking for someone who can strategically grow IB networks globally, oversee partnerships, and drive revenue expansion while maintaining strong compliance and operational oversight. Reporting to: CMO Full-time employment; You must already hold the right to work in the EU. Fully onsite in Limassol needs ability to travel frequently.

What you need to bring

• Leadership experience, preferably managing regional business development teams
• Flexibility to travel internationally for events, conferences, and client meetings
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and client relationship management
• Proven network and experience managing and growing IB partnerships internationally
• Extensive market exposure across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and LatAm as the primary focus
• Experience from FX brokers in related roles is a must!
