What you'll do

• Customer service role focused on handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including calls, emails, chats and messaging platforms. The position involves supporting customers with account-related queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of service quality within a structured BPO environment. The role is based in Greece with both on-site relocation options and remote flexibility depending on candidate profile. Due to the nature of the project, we can only consider candidates over the age of 21
• Model: On-site (Athens, Greece) / Remote option available Working
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (fixed shift)
• In short: ■ Customer support + Maltese language support + CRM-based service environment in a BPO setup
• The fee for this roles will be 3000€ per placement

• Native or near-native Maltese speaker
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to work fixed weekday shifts (10:00–18:00)
• Due to the nature of the project, we can only consider candidates over the age of 21

Salary

1,350 EUR per month (x14 salaries) (gross)

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
