The role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit native Turkish-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for an international digital advertising project in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about online advertising, social media, and technology. You will support business clients by helping them navigate advertising tools, resolve platform-related issues, and improve their overall advertising experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Day to day that means provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English, support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products, assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns, identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients, conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner, and work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team.

What you need

• Comfortable supporting business clients across multiple communication channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions

The rest of the package

You also get employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months, one-month trial period after contract signature, training period of 13 days conducted in English, full onboarding including software, product, customer management, and on-the-job training, workplace based in Lisbon 40-hour work week with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00, portuguese public holidays and vacation entitlement according to Portuguese employment rules, health insurance from day one of employment, and meal allowance provided by debit card.
