The role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading player in the gaming support sector, looking to recruit a German-speaking Player Support Representative to join a vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting well-known titles like League of Legends, VALORANT, Legends of Runeterra, and Teamfight Tactics.

Day to day that means provide support via chat and ticketing to players experiencing technical, gameplay, or account-related issues, use a player-first approach to handle each case individually and empathetically, identify recurring issues and bugs, flagging them to the appropriate internal teams, collaborate with an international team of fellow gamers to ensure the support environment feels friendly and player-oriented, maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions, and keep up to date with new features and updates across all supported game titles.

What you need

• Games titles (LoL, VALORANT, etc.)
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support Experience with Riot
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria Based in Sofia or willing to relocate Nice to Have
• Team player attitude with a proactive mindset
• Detail-oriented and able to follow internal policies and guidelines
• Support services or customer service principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Player
