A typical day

You'll spend most of it on managing customer requests via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about vehicle models, services, and features, offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards, and promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty.

Less often, you'll also supporting clients with empathy, clarity, and expert communication.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good, english communication skills (B2 or above) A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage, previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests, tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems, and positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.

The money

1029.00€ x 14 year + free accomodation

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
