A working week in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, in German. 1200-1400€.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on support, german-speaking customers primarily via phone, with some email communication, handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services, understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products, and resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets.

Less often, you'll also complete an initial 9-week training programme, Monday to Friday from 09:00–17:30, after training, work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; Sundays are generally off, with occasional Saturday shifts, and opportunity to move to a hybrid working model from the 6th month, subject to performance.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with german B2–C1, both written and spoken, strong communication and customer service skills, comfortable handling a high volume of telephone interactions, commercial mindset and confidence identifying sales opportunities, customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented, good computer skills and ability to learn new systems, and previous customer service, sales, or contact centre experience is an advantage.

The money

1200-1400€

Bulgaria applies a flat 10% income tax, and living costs in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna run well below Western European levels — the take-home goes considerably further than the headline suggests.
