About the role

German-speaking Customer Advisor for the Commerzbank project with our client, supporting customers via phone and internal systems while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: Mon–Sun, rotational shifts between 09:00–23:00 In short: ■ Customer support + problem-solving + phone-based communication within a fast-paced customer experience environment.

What you'll do

• Advisor for the Commerzbank project with our client, supporting customers via phone and internal systems while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: Mon–Sun, rotational shifts between 09:00–23:00

What we're looking for

• Native/fluent German, with good command in English
• Proven customer support or client-facing experience with strong call handling skills
• Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using multiple systems with strong multitasking and time management skills

Salary

1,300 EUR per month (x 14 salaries) (gross)

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year, so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly × 12.
