CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Customer Support Representatives with Slovenian and English for a fully remote opportunity based anywhere in Bulgaria. Day to day that means listen and respond to customer queries via phone and email, provide accurate, valid, and complete information based on customer requests, identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction, deliver professional customer support while maintaining excellent service quality, handle customer interactions in Slovenian and English, and work collaboratively with an international and supportive team.

What you need to bring

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive personality
• No previous experience in customer support required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities
• English communication skills
• Fluency in Slovenian and good
