The work

The role centres on lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives, monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, quality standards, and service targets, provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews, support agents with escalated or complex customer cases, identify performance gaps and create effective improvement plans, and manage daily operations, attendance, scheduling, and workload distribution.

Pay

1550€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
