📍 This job is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation is required — a room in a company apartment is provided for your first 12 months.

Salary & package

• €1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times a year
• Meal allowance of €7.23 per working day, plus a transport allowance
• €100 complexity bonus
• Private health insurance from day one (small monthly cost, free after 6 months)

What you'll do

• Review products, listings and user content against platform policies and legal standards
• Make accurate moderation decisions using your knowledge of the German market
• Escalate issues according to clear internal procedures
• Keep up to date as policies change, including during busy promotional seasons

What you need

• Native-level German and English at B2 or above
• A good understanding of e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and good judgement
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive content and working 24/7 rotating shifts with two rotating days off
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
