The role
A Customer Support Representative role with our client in Lisbon supporting the TAP Air Portugal project, focused on assisting Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with travel-related inquiries and customer support requests within an international airline environment. Model: On-site Working Schedule: Rotational Monday–Sunday shifts (40h/week) In short: ■ Airline customer support + travel assistance + multilingual contact centre environment.
Day to day that means A Customer Support, representative role with our client in Lisbon supporting the TAP Air, portugal project, focused on assisting, polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with travel-related inquiries and customer support requests within an international airline environment. What you need
- Flexibility and reliability: Able to work a full-time 40 hour week, on a rotating Monday–Sunday shift pattern, and adapt to a dynamic multilingual environment
- Customer service mindset: Passion for helping customers, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain product/service information clearly
- Native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required
