What the move covers

  • Meal Allowance - €60 based on the number of days worked in the month Health Insurance Learning Platform
  • Transportation for employees in the Rabat, Salé, and Temara areas, starting at the end of the training period. Available for shifts starting at 6:00–7:00 AM or ending at 9:00 PM and subject to applicable routes and schedules Monday-Friday 09:00-22:00 our client

The role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a major telecommunications project in Rabat, Morocco. In this role, you will support customers via phone and email, helping with general enquiries, technical troubleshooting, complaints, and product-related questions. You will also identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services, combining excellent customer support with a commercial approach.

Day to day that means handle customer enquiries via phone and email, provide professional and customer-focused support, troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions, handle complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions, identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services, support sales and cross-selling activities when appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

What you need

  • Education or previous professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales, or a call centre is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Good computer skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Commercial mindset and comfortable identifying relevant sales opportunities
  • Confident handling customer complaints and challenging situations
  • Comfortable providing technical troubleshooting
  • Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities

The rest of the package

You also get indefinite employment contract 6-month probation period 44-hour working week, rotational shifts between 09:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays 4 weeks of initial training, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, performance-based bonus and additional sales incentives, meal allowance based on days worked Health insurance, access to a professional learning platform, employee transportation within the Rabat, Salé, and Temara areas for eligible shifts and routes after training, position starts on-site in Rabat, with the possibility of remote work after the first 6 months based on performance, and opportunity to develop experience across customer service, technical support, and sales.
