The job itself

CloserHire supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Danish-speaking Customer Service Team for a leading Cruise Line company worldwide. You can work either from their offices in Porto or fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal. They are as the leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region and Southern Africa, and the fastest-growing global cruise brand with a strong presence in the Caribbean

Day to day that means taking Inbound calls, sell cruises packages Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products, customer support for post-booking and booking management, support travel agents with bookings and booking management, and support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

What you need to bring

• Sales experience is mandatory previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage good PC skills fast decision-maker, with positive outlook be available to work flexible hours and days
• English skills (B2)
• C1 level of Danish Good

Moving there

To get you on the ground: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health, and insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months Notes:.
