The job itself
All Bangkok-based employees (hybrid roles) have employment contracts This is a hands-on Platform Engineer role building and owning core pieces of an internal AI platform - employee-facing AI agents, an authorisation-controlled AI Gateway, and self-hosted LLM serving on GPU infrastructure. Day-to-day, the person will ship features across the RAG pipeline, agent tooling and gateway policies, take full ownership of initiatives from design to production support, and turn business use cases

Day-to-day, the person will ship features across the RAG pipeline, agent tooling and gateway policies, take full ownership of initiatives from design to production support, and turn business use cases into maintainable AI-powered services. In short: ■ Platform, engineering + LLM/RAG/Agent, and development + Python & AI Security + Internal AI Platform (GPU-hosted).
What you need to bring
- Regular use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot or similar) in actual workflow
- Understanding of AI security concepts (prompt injection, data leakage, authorisation layers)
- Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals (tokens, context windows, embeddings, prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation)
- Proven hands-on experience building with LLMs (API integration, RAG, agents/tool calling, or fine-tuning) - not just usage
- Comfortable working on Linux/command line
- Fluent in English (ideally C1)
- Minimum 2 years' programming experience with strong, demonstrable Python skills
