What we're looking for

• Recent hands-on campaign execution
• Personal campaign/spend ownership
• Proven optimization decision-making
• Understanding of CPA, conversion, ROAS and basic LTV
• Creative testing experience
• Strong numerical reasoning
• B2C or DTC experience
• Full comfort with explicit creatives
• B2B contractor acceptance
• Fluent English (C1/C2)

€42,000 gross per year
