What you need to bring

• Based in Japan with ability to move for 3 mo period to Cyprus for the training
• Computer literate with MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous call center experience will be considered as an advantage
• University or College degree
• Native Japanese and fluent in English (B2+)
