What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience, stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers, assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently, handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services, assist customers with self-service options on travel platforms and apps, ensure responses are timely and aligned with service level agreements (SLAs), and maintain compliance with company and customer policies, following global travel standards.

You will also handle provide feedback to stakeholders on service improvements and key processes, participate in team discussions on industry trends, products, and service providers, and stay informed about best practices in business travel.

Getting you there

To help you make the move: N/A Notes: Mon to Friday, no work on respective bank holidays or weekends. Shifts are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CEST, rotating within this window every 3 months; Hybrid, 4 days a month/once a week at the office our client.
