About the role

A Trainee Recruiter at our client is an entry-level recruitment role where you learn the full recruitment cycle by supporting senior consultants, while also starting to build your own candidate pipeline. Commission-based earning structure Full training + tools + clear progression. What we are looking for

• Native/fluent Italian oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2)
• Recent graduate (no prior recruitment experience)
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation & customer-oriented skills
• Eligible to live and work in the Czech Republic with good MS Office skills

Salary

34,930 CZK per month (gross)

Benefits

• Meal allowance: 3,000 CZK/month (untaxed)

Relocation support

• Relocation bonus is 6,000czk/month paid out over first 3 month. Company Accommodation for first 2 months at
