The person analyses customer requirements, translates business and technical challenges into suitable solutions, supports activation and troubleshooting, and identifies opportunities for optimisation and expansion. What you need to bring

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer communication skill
• Experience supporting technical solution implementation, activation, configuration or troubleshooting
• Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimisation
• Strong technical consultative selling skills
• Fluent English (B2 minimum)
• Native or near-native Turkish
• Minimum 12 months of technical sales experience
