CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Your Role

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance
• Eligible to work in Portugal

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
