About the role

This is a full-time, remote B2B outbound sales role focused on German-speaking SME clients, with English used internally and for reporting. What you'll do

• This is a full-time, remote B2B outbound sales role focused on German-speaking SME clients, with English used internally and for reporting. You will contact existing customer leads via outbound calls and email to upsell
• FinTech and payment solutions, specifically checkout and payment method products. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to an existing client database (no cold sourcing)
• Upsell and activate additional payment/checkout solutions for SME B2B clients
• Manage a high-volume outreach cadence and maintain a large, active sales pipeline
• Support clients with integration of payment solutions on their websites
• Track forecasts, report performance to the Team
• Lead, and follow quality/compliance standards Working
• Hours & Training
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00

What we're looking for

• ■ Native / Fluent German + Strong English C1 Confident communicating with German-speaking customers in a professional sales environment
• ■ Proven Outbound / B2B Sales, Experience with cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management, and working to sales targets (inside sales / SDR style)
• ■ Results-Driven & Commercial Mindset, Resilient, persuasive, and motivated by KPIs, revenue, and conversion metrics, with good CRM discipline

Salary

1942.92 EUR per month (gross)
