The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a new telecommunications project in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This role combines customer support and sales, with approximately 90% phone-based support and 10% email communication. You’ll assist German-speaking customers with their telecommunications services while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions.

Day to day that means support German-speaking customers primarily via phone, with some email communication, handle customer questions related to telecommunications products and services, understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant additional products, resolve enquiries professionally while achieving quality and sales targets, complete an initial 9-week training programme, Monday to Friday from 09:00–17:30, and after training, work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; Sundays are generally off, with occasional Saturday shifts.

What you need to bring

• Ability to work on-site in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
• Previous customer service, sales, or contact centre experience is an advantage
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Commercial mindset and confidence identifying sales opportunities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone interactions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
